Our analytical products are unique, current and meaningful and provide leading indicators of insurance companies' performance. Our subscription-based benchmarks are used to compare leading multinationals in Asia such as AIA, Prudential, ING, Manulife and AXA, as well as major domestic companies. The Hong Kong Life Insurance Intermediary Monitor, for example, is subscribed to by most major companies in the market, and also a number of fund managers and hedge funds. In March 2012 we produced analysis benchmarking ING's agency force in all Asian countries to major competitors.
Agent interview program - which we use to gather insights and data from tied agents across Asia. We have unparalleled access to 20,000+ highly productive agents across Asia, and five years experience of tapping them for information. We have used these assets for distribution channel due diligence, agency remuneration benchmarking, identifying industry product trends, and benchmarking agent satisfaction levels across numerous dimensions.
Management consulting - typically insurance industry assignments with strong strategic, research & analysis, and/or distribution channel focus. Recent assignments have included analysis of general insurance bancassurance penetration rates at banks across several Asian markets, M&A target shortlisting, and agency force segmentation and analysis.
